Wondel.ai is Michał’s wholly-owned AI product lab, founded in April 2023, weeks after GPT-4, on a simple bet: advanced AI should be usable by regular people, in their language, with their payment methods, for their actual problems.

The lab ships in portfolio mode. Czat.ai runs 28 specialised AI personas in Polish, with 3.4 million conversations and counting. Czat.pro is a pay-per-use AI workspace for companies, up to 70% cheaper than ChatGPT Team. Obrazki.ai makes AI images for concrete jobs: headshots, product photos, portraits. Firmy.ai is a due-diligence layer over Polish company registries, with 500k+ companies indexed. DeveloperToolkit.ai ships production-grade AI coding workflows, plus an open-source skills ecosystem with 1.1k+ GitHub stars.

Investment thesis

Models are commodities; distribution and packaging are not. Every product in the lab tests the same play (narrow use case, local-first UX, honest pricing), and the winners compound.

Michał’s role

Founder and 100% owner. Product, architecture and growth, run day-to-day with AI-native workflows the lab also sells.
