Morizon.pl is a leading Polish real-estate marketplace. Co-founded in 2008, it rode the structural migration of property listings from newspapers to the web, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as MZN Property, and in 2020 was acquired by Ringier Axel Springer in a tender offer valuing the company at PLN 83.68 million — then merged with Gratka into Grupa Morizon-Gratka, one of the largest real-estate platforms in the country.
At the 2020 tender, Wondelay Investments held 8.13% of MZN Property — this exit is the direct origin of the vehicle behind this site.
In its final chapter under Michał’s product leadership, the group shipped natural-language AI property search years before it became table stakes: over 10,000 AI-powered queries in May 2023 alone.

Real estate is a long-duration, high-intent category where the marketplace that owns both listings and leads compounds for decades. The play: digitise the classifieds, then move up the value chain — leads, financing, agent tooling, AI search.
